The zrce.eu Infopoint team is right at Hotel Loza and ready to help you. We assist with all questions about events, tickets, VIP reservations, and your stay at Zrce Beach.
Simply head to Hotel Loza at Zrce Beach — you will find us in the hotel entrance area. Our Infopoint is open daily throughout the season.

Emergencies & Support
Zrceeu is your Partner and Travel Operator. We are here to help you with most things. However please also remember we are not your mom to help you clean the dishes.
In case of following emergencies please contact us:
- Lost Apartment Key
- Forgot Key inside Apartment
- Pool / Apartment is not clean
- Apartment is not well prepared on arrival
- AC is not working
- Warm Water or Electricity is not working
- Wifi is not working
We are not responsible for:
- New toilet paper
- Your love problems
- Providing you food at 5 am
- Make your bed after the first night
- … and so on - i think you got us! 😃
